- Medical Campaigns and correspondence with parents
- Care and supervision of students in need of medical care
- Control and supply of medicines to all persons at the school.
- Accident control and Insurance claims. (Mutua)
- To register and maintain records of allergies and special nutritional requirements of all staff and students and liaising with the catering company.
- Support Uniform Shop and Health and Safety tasks
- General Administrative Support
- Organizing annual medical check ups for all staff
- Informing all staff of students with special medical needs
PERSON SPECIFICATION Essential:
- High level of English and Spanish
- Flexible, positive and “can-do” attitude to work
- Medical training and experience
- Full understanding of Equal Opportunities and able to implement it in everyday practice.
- To communicate clearly and resolve any issues quickly and professionally.
- To have excellent management skills and to be able to follow the school’s disciplinary code.
- Similar experience in a business or academic environment.
