Responsibilities: Your day to day with us: Ensure timely and excellent campaign launches by leading a comprehensive coordination of Digital and Media initiatives with individual brand teams, guaranteeing consistency across touchpoints and messages. Leverage Digital and Media marketing strategy by aligning strategies with each Brand's Jobs To Be Done. Collaborate with TCP managers to identify competitors, partners, and opportunity areas and propose activation plans and KPIs based on findings. Work closely with Creative and Media agencies and drive the final report for each campaign. Stay updated on trends and emerging technologies and provide recommendations for integrating new and innovative Digital and Media approaches. Contribute to the creation and updates of Websites. Foster a one-vision approach (TCP) among marketing teams. Create a common language for developing successful plans, emphasizing business objectives in communication with business teams. Qualifications: What will you need to succeed? +3 years of relevant media, digital or marketing experienceFluency in both English and SpanishStrategic thinking combined with ability to execute on day-to-day operational matters. Analytical skills to monitor KPIs, detect areas of improvement and find actionable, pragmatic solutions and develop plans. Previous experience on Digital Projects, ideally within a large scale headcount and matrix based environment.
