Through their deep knowledge and understanding of Learning and Development, the Global Learning Partner will identify gaps and partner with our leaders and business stakeholders to build the learning strategy, solutions, and implementation plans for our organization. The role will collaborate with a team of learning partners cross Regions/Functions to ensure the delivery of impactful learning solutions that drive employee development and contribute to organizational success. Major Accountabilities

• Champion a culture of continuous learning and innovation, shaping the global vision, strategy, and guiding principles for learning and development.
• Craft a holistic learning and development framework addressing evolving employee needs across all levels, fostering professional growth.
• Drive the learning agenda through partnering with regional and global learning resources.
• Support global governance structures and processes, contributing to decisions in critical capability areas and technology.
• Collaborate with business leaders to build global strategic learning plans, consulting on capability needs, defining performance outcomes, and aligning priorities with strategic needs.
• Determine data required to measure business impact and lead the collection and analysis process to demonstrate the value and impact of learning initiatives.
• Drive innovation in learning methodologies, technologies, and practices, advising on potential solutions to support our associate development strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, global learning resources, and the central MSP to assess learning needs and design effective global programs.
• Oversee the implementation and delivery of learning initiatives to ensure consistency and quality.
• Evaluate, select, and manage external learning vendors and partners to enrich the breadth and depth of learning offerings.

Role Requirements

• University degree desired in Business Admin, HR or any relevant field
• Multiple years of proven work experience in global strategic learning and development functions with demonstrated measurable results in a large-scale multinational corporation
• Fluent English
• Able to lead/influence and engage teams successfully to deliver large scale L&D projects
• Able to work both strategically and operationally: pivot and adjust L&D plans and initiatives across multiple markets to respond to changing business needs
• Experience working with external vendors to design and deliver impactful development solutions
• Strong stakeholder management skills and business acumen, with the ability to navigate complexity
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate complex initiatives.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning technologies.
• Global mindset with experience working across different cultures and regions.
