Job description
Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a Market Development Representative.
- Conduct outbound phone calls to effectively qualify leads and schedule Intro Meetings with Account Executives.
- Facilitate introductory calls for Business Development/Sales to identify potential interest and plan future actions, aiming to meet Sales Accepted Lead (SAL) Criteria.
- Achieve monthly SAL Quota as outlined in the yearly compensation plan.
- Innovate new strategies for social prospecting, social selling, and email techniques to enhance meeting scheduling effectiveness.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects not yet Sales Accepted, ensuring progression or exploring alternative engagement avenues within the prospect’s company.
- Familiarize oneself with the ALI product message and understand the buyer personas relevant to assigned industry segments.
- Attain proficiency in all sales tools, sales processes, and adhere to Salesforce etiquette within the Inside Sales Department.
- Prospect in alignment with Account Assignments and the Ideal Client Profile using the ALI Account Based Prospecting methodology.
- Detailed Account Assignments and Profiles are provided during training and are documented in the SDR Playbook Folder in Google Drive. Adjustments may occur to reflect changes in company goals or processes.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to focus on target Accounts, accelerating pipeline creation and acquiring new logos.
