On this occasion, our client is a Global Life Sciencesleading company, focused on thetreatment of CNS disorders, in a growing and transformation challenge period. One of thepurposes of the company ismeet the patient's and medical specialist's needs while ensuring the highest levels of safety, quality, and efficacy. We are looking for a Global Marketing Manager, to lead and drive thedesign, implementation and follow-up of the strategies and initiatives for corporate key assets, incollaboration with the cross-functional team including medical, market access, businessdevelopment, and country teams. Furthermore, he/she will play an active role in the launches ofnew corporate products, and the exploration of new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of marketing iniciatives focused on CNS, excellent analytical capabilities, and a proven track record of successfully implementing process improvement strategies, taking into account the whole organization. RESPONSIBILITIES: Exploration and exploitation of sales potential for defined prescription (Rx) products in close collaboration with relevant senior leaders (optimization of access in existing markets, establishment of new markets, broadening of indications). Preparation of marketing goals, strategies, forecasts, and key promotional material in collaboration with Corporate Digital Marketing, Corporate Medical, and the country marketing teams - taking into account the relevant target groups and the major touchpoints of the customer journey(s). Close collaboration with country marketing teams (guidance, coordination, support, exchange, troubleshooting, monitoring, training) for launch and commercialization. Active facilitation of best practices sharing, including co-maintenance and use of exchange platform for marketing and medical documents, internal as well as external networking (KOLs, customers, partners). Participation in corporate key events (congresses, medical events, F2F and digital). Management of service providers (agencies, vendors and freelancers). Monitoring of market and relevant competitors Budgeting and monitoring of marketing expenses. Support of Corporate Marketing Head e. g. , preparation of presentations and analyses, forecasts for business development opportunities, etc. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: +5 years of hands-on and strategic experience in an International Marketing role (Rx pharmaceuticals in Europe on top of extensive local marketing experience). Experience with marketing and/or sales of CNS products. Solid understanding of classical and digital interaction with different customers and stakeholders. Product launch experience, Brand planning experience, market research Strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Business acumen and a good sense of priorities, structured, results-oriented, and efficient. Superb problem-solving and organization skills. Convincing, service-minded, self-motivated, and persuasive personality with ethical values. Positive thinking.
