Controlling Analyst | (Pharma - Hybrid)

Job description
We are looking for a '' Controlling Analyst '' to work within the IT Infrastructure Team of a multinational pharmaceutical company.
MISSION :
REPORTING:
- Prepare periodic gross to net sales report, specific report for sales planning and operational (S&OP) reconciliation analysis and costs reports and ensure reports delivery.
- Prepare documentation for payment of legal discounts
- Ensure readiness of Controlling related documentation for external audits
- Update file of Accruals of pending invoices on a monthly basis
- Prepare simulation tools for Planning process (LTF, Outlooks)
- Identification of opportunities in a proactive way
DATA MANAGEMENT AND DIGITALIZATION:
- Automation of key Controlling reports, using deep understanding of SAP functionalities and dashboard tools as PowerBI
- Integration of key controlling reports with business related projects (ie market data, promotional investment plans and efficiency analysis
- Keep updated all controlling manuals
- Work closely with the Controllers and business partners to stablish an excellence in reporting and other analytics positions to find synergies in projects and tasks.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND CROSSFUNCTIONAL WORK:
- Manage as PMO transverse projects of interest for our business partners (ie operational costs, promotional costs, gross to net sales analysis,..etc)
- Include agile methodology in the project management process
SKILLS :
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or Master in Finance.
- Very important experience in Data Analytics (ie PowerBI) and SAP.
- High level of Excel
- Fluent English, spoken and written
- Analytical and communication skills. Organized, methodical, decisive, customer oriented and team player.

SCHEDULE :
- 08h-17h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
- 50% home office
