Knexus AI plugs into our clients' eCom sites/apps, automatically integrating personalized social content (UGC, influencer or brand owned) made shoppable with matching products. Put simply, we automate social content personalization to drive conversion & ecom revenue growth. Knexus works with global brands such as Acuvue, Aveeno, Johnson’s Baby, Lenovo & Zyrtec and as we take the next step in our exciting growth story, we are looking to hire a motivated and passionate Business Development Representative, dedicated to opening up high quality conversations with potential customers through a variety of channels and techniques. This person will be goal-oriented, have an intelligent, values-led approach to sales, and will be a legend of outbound prospecting!**Required Experience/Skills**:- Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in a relevant sales/SDR/BDR role, with a history of consistently exceeding targets and top performance- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills- Strong networker, able to open business conversations through use of your connections and market knowledge - having a network you can leverage is highly desirable- A great level of commercial awareness and judgment to prioritise prospects and opportunities- Experience of selling technology solutions B2B in a high performance sales environment, to mid-market or enterprise companies, ideally in eCommerce**Education**:**Responsibilities**:- Represent Knexus’ products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding of our products, leading to client research to identify how our solutions meet the needs of our target customers- Generate leads and build relationships through initial cold outreach, nurturing these into warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets- Identify key stakeholders at target accounts using Linkedin SalesNav and other tools- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales team for next steps (setting up calls, co-ordinating contact)- Identify best practices to refine Knexus’ lead generation approaches - proactively generating ideas- Keep up to date with market trends and identify opportunities as they arise to ensure we engage at the earliest point in a client’s decision making process- Monitoring and reporting on weekly, monthly and quarterly results- Contribute proactively to Knexus’ marketing and branding efforts where appropriate**What do we offer**:- A highly competitive salary and commission plan- Great opportunity for personal growth & enhanced rewards - we’re growing fast and so is our market, providing great opportunities to increase responsibilities- A strong culture focused on rapid learning, teamwork, a supportive workplace, obsessive customer-centricity, innovative technology, transparency and collective success**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time**Education**:- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)Work Location: Remote#J-18808-Ljbffr
