About the role:Define the whole strategy for the marketplaceEnhance the overall company performance across different business unitsManage a team of analysts effectively to achieve your OKRsDefine and establish new growth strategies to improve key business metricsImplement end-to-end solutions and projects with high impactWork with people and projects across all different markets and teams, in a big international atmosphere (up to 40 countries)Define and optimize processes within the marketplace teams to improve their performance, leveraging data and analyticsCommunicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersMaintain a high sense of ownership, urgency, and drive to meet business goals and objectivesAbout you:4+ years experience in an analytics & business role. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related fieldExcellent written and spoken English and SpanishStrong knowledge of Google Spreadsheets/Microsoft Excel and data analysis (SQL/Python)Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a bias towards data-driven decision makingStrong lateral thinkingExcellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyExceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work successfully across many disciplinesPreferred Qualifications:Digital marketing background, with experience in social paid platforms.
