About the role:Clearly define and develop a comprehensive strategy for Fever's marketplaceCollaborate with the different business leaders to identify gaps and areas of improvement, establish KPIs, and implement initiatives to optimize performanceLead a team of analysts to achieve the team's objectives and key results (OKRs)Evaluate current strategies and identify areas to drive growth and improve key business metricsDevelop a project management approach to ensure successful implementation of solutions, prioritizing projects based on their potential impact on business goals and objectivesCultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and teams across multiple countries and time zonesStreamline workflows, automate tasks, utilize data and analytics to gain insights, and implement best practices to increase the team's productivityCommunicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersDemonstrate strong accountability and ownership to meet business goals and objectivesAbout you:5+ years experience in an analytics & business roleBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related fieldExcellent written and spoken English and SpanishStrong knowledge of Google Spreadsheets/Microsoft Excel and data analysis (SQL/Python)Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a bias toward data-driven decision-makingStrong lateral thinkingExcellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyExceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work successfully across many disciplinesPreferred Qualifications:Digital marketing background, with experience in social paid platforms.
