PEP Support
Employment Area: IT - Service & Support // Location: Barcelona // Employment Type: Full-time
Supporting international IT systems, with focus on the Shop and Warehouse Personnel planning system of the Schwarz Group.- Analyzing and working with specific tickets in the scope of work
Build bridges of communication with key users in each country - Being a contact person for colleagues at the head office in Germany
Be in continuous contact with other teams and work on documentation as well as knowledge transfer within the team.
Studies in IT sector, or similar experience in IT sector.
Minimum 2 years experience in support, preferably at level 2
Technical knowledge, IT skills and good knowledge of processes and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical skills and an affinity for process optimization is a must have
XML databases.
Good communication skills, customer oriented, proactive and team oriented
Advanced level of German C1
Advanced English level B2/C1
Basic knowledge of SQL
Previous experience with Shift Planning Systems
Working in a multinational company
