¿Dónde trabajarás?

You will join an innovative company, with a young and multicultural environment. The completely office is located in La Sagrera, very well connected both by car and public transport, and you will be able to continue boosting your career.

¿Qué harás?

During your day to day:

- You will respond to customer inquiries regarding service and product related inquiries
- You will inform customer about specific products, services, policies and processes
- You will troubleshoot and resolves customer issues
- You will promote relevant customer products
- You will identify sales opportunities
- You will provide technical contractual support

¿A quién buscamos?

You are the person we are looking for if:

- You have passion to service end-customers
- You have excellent communication skills high focus on customer satisfaction.
- You have native or very high language skills in German + good in English (reading, writing)

- You will work Part time Tuesday to Friday 10 AM - 14 PM Sat 9 AM -1 PM
- Hybrid role (3 days per month in the office).
- You will have an initial training with wellness day and continued personal coaching.

- Salary 9948 € gross per year.
- You will work in a young and international environment.
