Job description
Job Brief: We are seeking a Pricing & Tendering Support Analyst to join our Commercial Operations department. In this role, you will provide direct support to the sales representatives within the Sustainability Business, assisting in complex offer development throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will have experience in the energy or sustainability industry, but is not essential as industry training will be provided. Possessing exceptional communication and people skills, and be able to work with a customer first approach is essential. The role will be expected to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and support an efficient and effective sales process. Responsibilities:Support preparation of prospect proposals and bidsCollaborate with sales managers and directorsEnsure compliance with the companies sales process and governanceSupport the development and maintain quality proposal contentSupport and coordinate the pricing process from end to endDevelop insight and knowledge to become and Pricing & Tendering subject matter expert. Capture sales-related data for analysis and decision-makingIdentify and suggest sales process improvementsSupport workflow and time management across the teamSupport additional tasks to support the broader businessRequirements:Preferred experience in Pricing, Tendering or Sales supportPreferred experience with working with ERP and CRM systemsProficiency in using Microsoft Office ToolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAnalytical and multitasking abilitiesTeamwork and motivational skillsDegree Why us?
