Are you the Sales Representative we’re looking for? ASICS is on the search for a standout candidate to make a difference and join our Iberia Sales Team at our Madrid Showroom.
JOB OBJECTIVES
To drive profitable market share growth with the assigned customer(s) and categories and establish winning partnerships with the assigned and prioritized accounts in line with the Sales framework. As ambassador of the assigned Account(s) to internal stakeholders will contribute to develop and execute Sales Strategies and focus on joint Category and Strategic Business Planning with the retailers to drive commercial results.
KEY RESPONSABILITES:
- To drive the development of the ASICS business across assigned Customer portfolio.
- Provide realistic plans and forecasts on customer performance and ensure customer compliance with agreements
- Actively search of new customers to increase customer portfolio: cold calls, emails and prospect travelling.
- To sell-in and agree on sell-out support in conjunction with support of the Marketing and Merchandising teams.
- Understand sales flow and actively look for reorders and closeout opportunities within the customers portfolio.
- To ensure continuous monitoring of sell-out and the order book as well cost effective and reliable supply / delivery for the account
- To work within the agreed ASICS trade terms and within the agreed distribution framework with assigned customer.
- Work close to Customer Service and Financial team to assure an excellent customer management to the accounts.
- Measure progress on own KPIs. Report to all superiors along guidelines (and monitor all reports).
- Ensure Customer compliance with ASICS contracts and terms.
- Represent assigned accounts internally as ambassador towards sales and marketing communities on global and local level, managed all interfaces.
- Support development of the account strategies, for prioritized Top retailers within portfolio: Account and Seasonal Account Plans and get sign-off by Superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Educational Background:
- University degree or Diploma preferably on Business or Sports Economics, International Management, Marketing and/or Sales.
Experience:
- 1 to 2 years relevant work experience. Strong industry knowledge across footwear, apparel and accessories or FMCG background.
- Advanced in MS 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Share Point & OneDrive).
- Very good command of Spanish and English both written and spoken.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel for several days with overnight stays
