The CIB IT Platform for EMEA is responsible to provide IT Services to our Clients ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. This function includes Global Markets Application Production, Local Territory IT Development, the Core Infrastructure environment including Datacentres, Application Production, Security, Architecture as well as elements of the Global Services organisation.

ITGP Digital Working is responsible to provide IT Services to our clients ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. This function includes Infrastructures (Active Directory, Messaging, Instant Messaging, Desktop ...) as well as elements of the Global Services organization.

MISSION:

ITGP Digital Working is responsible for providing IT services to our clients by ensuring an evolution of the digital market, in a secure and efficient environment, and with reliable quality. This function encompasses infrastructures (Active Directory, email, instant messaging, desktop, etc.), as well as elements of the organization of global services.
Background and Summary of the Role
As a Production Security Specialist, you will be in charge of monitoring and ensuring the compliance and quality of the IT production activities, such as patching, vulnerability management, and service delivery. You will work closely with the production teams, the security teams, and the customers to coordinate, report, and remediate any deviations or issues that may affect the production performance and security.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Monitor and ensure the compliance and quality of the IT production activities

• Check the deviations of the production (patching rate, vulnerability, etc.) and report them to the relevant stakeholders.
• Create and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to measure and track the production performance and compliance.
• Follow up and validate the remediation actions taken by the production teams to address the deviations or issues.
• Ensure the alignment of the production activities with the security policies and standards.

B. Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

• Build and maintain good relationships with the production teams, the security teams, and the customers.
• Act as a point of contact and a subject matter expert for the production security activities.

C. Identify and implement opportunities for improvement and innovation in the production processes and practices

• Analyze and evaluate the production processes and practices and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Propose and implement solutions and best practices to enhance the production performance, compliance, and quality.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of the production security function and the IT production in general.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the IT production and security domains.

REQUIREMENTS:

Training:

A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

• Strong knowledge of IT production methodologies, frameworks, and best practices, such as ITIL, Agile, or DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of IT security policies, standards, and tools, such as patching, vulnerability management, antivirus, firewall, etc.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex and ambiguous situations.
• High attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, under pressure and with tight deadlines.
