Mollet del Vallês (Barcelona), Spain Hybrid Working Global tech company founded in 2011 Our mission is to shape the future through technologyThe roleWe are looking for a Finance Controller to work within the finance departament and support all the aspects of management control, cost control, financial reporting to business and management, accounting, budget design and financial analytics. As well as you will perform analysis of all recurring financial activities, providing financial analysis to support decision making. Key responsibilitiesFinancialreporting with a focus on P&L variance analysis. General accounting review and monthly closing. Analytical cost accounting. Development and monitoring of business metrics. Ensure financial planning and execution processes, especially in investments and operating expenses. Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts. Collaboration with the heads of each business unit in order to optimise the use of their resources and investments. Analytical review of monthly operating results by business unit: variances vs. budget and previous year. Assist in special projects as required. We are looking for a person with a minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting. SAP knowledge is a plus. Advanced level of Excel is required. Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Experience in companies such as the Big Fourwill be considered a plus.
