Job Description
As the responsible overseeing equipment management, your responsibilities encompass a range of crucial activities. This includes ensuring the optimal condition of all equipment, conducting maintenance to perfection, and controlling repair and improvement activities. You'll be instrumental in planning equipment calibrations, overseeing software and firmware versions/updates, and maintaining the orderliness of system data and folders. Additionally, your role involves retrieving CAN/Flexray data and training personnel on equipment usage. Upholding a good housekeeping policy is integral to your responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Leadership in Electronics: Drawing from a solid background in electronics, you'll lead equipment-related initiatives with a focus on excellence.
- Protocol Proficiency: Possess knowledge of CAN, CAN-FD, and Flexray protocols to navigate technical aspects effectively.
- Equipment Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of equipment features and adept handling of associated software.
- Proactive Mindset: Approach tasks with a proactive mentality, anticipating needs and addressing them with a forward-thinking mindset.
- Flexibility: Exhibit a certain degree of time flexibility, adapting to the dynamic requirements of equipment management.
- Organizational Prowess: Showcase strong organizing abilities, emphasizing orderliness and a methodical approach to tasks.
- Effective Communication: Communicate fluently in English and Spanish, fostering a team spirit and ensuring smooth interaction with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electronics or a related field is an asset for this pivotal role overseeing testing equipment. Advanced academic degree in engineering or specialized certifications further enhance the candidate's expertise and are highly valued.
