Quiénes somos

The Assistant SPA manager is the second-in-command of the spa manager. Their primary role isto support the SPA manager in daily duties and administrative tasks, which include attending tocustomer queries, scheduling appointments, overseeing staff, and monitoring spa inventory.When the SPA Manager is unavailable, the Assistant SPA manager will be in charge of SPAmanagement (include overseeing spa operations, ensuring outstanding guest service, andmanaging spa staff).The role will involve organising rotas, having a hands-on approach to general reception duties -providing a warm welcome to every guest, making reservations, dealing with enquiries, dealingwith complaints, cash handling and dealing with ad hoc queries.

Your mission

- Welcomes guests and visitors to the Spa, arranging appointments for treatments upon request.
- Concierge duties, such as: answering the telephone, scheduling appointments, checking guests in/out. Spa tours and various other tasks to deliver high quality guest service to our discerning guests.
- Supervise SPA reservations to ensure maximum yield and labor efficiency.
- Oversee all incoming transactions for LQA control.
- Evaluate time keeping and transaction reports to accurately process payroll, correcting any errors on employee payroll reports.
- Manage multiple projects with day-to-day operations.
- Attend all staff meeting, daily Brifings and trainings.
- Oversee and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the SPA according TBCs protocols and LQA standards.
- Review spa occupancy forecasts and all weekly spa schedules anticipating appropriate staff levels
- Support SPA Manager in conducting monthly physical retail and linen inventory.
- Responsible for motive the team to achieve retail sales targets establishing action plans.
- Assumes training responsibilities when required by SPA Manager.
- Support Spa Manager with the necessary communication.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, Business/Administration.
- Minimum 2 -3 years’ relevant experience at luxury hotels, spas o retail sector.

SCHEDULE: 

Monday to Sunday in rotating shifts with two consecutive days off.
Morning shift: from 09:00h to 17:00h. 
Afternoon shift: from 13:00h to 21:00h.
