Installs and support computer peripherals for users in the office, pharm-laboratory and manufactoring (50-100 users, 50-150 workstation).
Maintains the current user base and workstations in Microsoft Active Directory (1-2 support level: create, block, change password and other).
Provides technical assistance and support for users for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware in person or over the phone or email.
Perfoms the physical connection to the corporate network and resources.
Helps to decide technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN) and Wi-Fi networks.
Writes training documentation, instruction for the users
Participates in SW qualifications and System validations (test, write test-form)
Knowledge of state and local policies, procedures and practices applicable to the area of assignment.
General systems and Computerize systems Backups management.
Familiar with Definition of IT services and computerize systems contingency plans.
Familiar with documentation management.
Perfil buscado
CGMS IT equivalent and minimum 2 years business experience in helpdesk, IT support, or a similar role.
Has IT education and practical experience minimum 2 years business experience in helpdesk, IT support, or IT technical specialist position at pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmètic or food company.
Strong hands-on, working knowledge of, and experience with, desktop hardware and peripheral units/components and their connectivity in a wired and/or wireless environment, PC and computer terminology, PC operating systems/applications.
Strong hands-on, working knowledge of, and experience with Microsoft Operating Systems, and Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams etc.).
Ability to interact with people at various corporate levels.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, as required, in a fast paced, matrixed, team environment consisting of internal and external team membres.
Analytical thinking with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Excellent planning, organization and time management skills including the ability to support and prioritize multiple projects.
Ability and willingness to work additional hours as needed.
High level of english.
