IT Consultant
Employment Area: IT - Consulting // Location: Barcelona // Employment Type: Full-time
Analise the requirements coming from BPO (Business Process Owner) and BPE (Business Process Expert) and document them together with the solution into Jira Tickets and Confluence pages
In addition to the process-definition, take over documentation, specify requirements in the area of product team, development and accompany showcases and proof of concepts
Testing of the new features on the QA environment
Technical support for new country rollout
Consulting for developing an Android and IOS App
Temperature measurement integrated with IOT devices
Task Management for checks & cleaning (task overview for the store, task processing, etc)
Web Dashboards
Intregation with Single SingOn Authentication systems
Previous experience in a Business Analyst role – minimum 2 years
Experience in IT – minimum 5 years
Ability to understand technical approaches/concerns
Client-facing experience - minimum 2 years
Attention to detail
Very good (verbal/written) communication skills
Basic technical understanding (API call, Databases - MongoDB, Unified Modeling Language; Android and IOS Apps; Software as a Service)
Experience with Mobile Apps Development
Experience with business analysis tools and techniques and Java & Android business analysis
Cloud experience
Certifications related to the Business Analyst/Product Owner role
Technical background: database knowledge and general knowledge on software development and mobile infrastructure (we prefer candidates with technical knowledge)
Domain knowledge (retail etc.)
Experience in working with Jira and Confluence
German language
Agile experience
