As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead and support hiring for Straumann Group Headquarter positions.
Straumann Group is headquartered in Basel, Switzerland and has been growing rapidly and you will work in collaboration with the onsite Executive TA Partners in Basel to identify, engage, interview and hire candidates for a full range of Headquarter roles. You would be joining a small, growing team of TA Partners based out of Spain and Switzerland.
For many roles you will be a full 360 Talent Acquisition Partner owning the end to end hiring process. For Executive hiring you will partner with the onsite TA Partners to provide Talent Mapping, Sourcing and Screening support assisting to provide a “white glove” Executive hiring service.
You would leverage our in-house technologies including our ATS (SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting), CRM (Phenom People), Interview Scheduling (Phenom / MS Teams) and use LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Talent Insights as your daily tools.

You should have confidence in interviewing and assessing candidates for fit to a role and provide feedback on personality, potential and fit for the hiring team / organization. You would recruit for a diverse range of HQ positions including: Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, R&D, Finance, IT, HR, Legal, and many more.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating impact, delighting candidates and helping drive business performance. You should be a positive, can do attitude, influencing decision making with both the business and candidates. You should be data hungry, able to review candidate profiles, develop market intelligence, update systems in real time and be able to interpret results.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Lead and take part in Hiring Strategy Meetings with the business, influencing profile selection with market intelligence. Collaborate with TA Partners, HRBPs and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- End to End Recruitment processes of Intern, Trainee, Apprenticeship & Graduate Positions in Basel.
- Design talent sourcing methods to ensure rare talent is identified and engaged.
- Sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various job openings arriving through direct sourcing channels, referrals, company career website, job boards and social media platforms. Utilize various sourcing methods, including online channels, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
- Driving decision making of the hiring managers and leadership team members.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for the business and the Global Head of Join (using automated interview scheduling technology where appropriate).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM platform.
- Assist in the creation and posting of job descriptions on appropriate platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and recruitment technologies to continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Process data of new hires in SuccessFactors and trigger contract creation.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to management.
- Support other HR initiatives and projects as needed.
Requirements needed
Experience
- 3-5+ years experience in talent acquisition / recruitment with experience in Executive or niche recruitment. Experience in IT recruitment would be beneficial (but not essential).
- Strong English language skills are required to be able to communicate with Managers and Candidates. German or French would be beneficial but not essential.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
- A passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
