Customer Solutions & Innovation (CSI) is DHL's cross-divisional commercial and innovation unit. We are responsible for managing about 100 of DHL's largest and most strategically important customers providing them with sector expertise, best in class account management and most innovative products & solutions.

You will support the DHL Innovation & Trend Research team, the premier corporate innovation function within Deutsche Post DHL Group worldwide.

As part of our team, you will contribute to projects that turn technology, social, and business trends from research into practical solutions for the logistics industry. Through the publication of industry thought leadership trend reports, piloting new technologies in real logistics environments, and partnering with startups, you will play a central role in making innovation tangible for DHL Group, our customers, and the logistics industry.

Your tasks:

• Support the SEO team with the on the on-going content & technical SEO tasks (e.g. group website technical & content health checks etc.)
• Provides support in the planning & execution of the SEO tasks for group website based on 2024 roadmap
• Regularly support the SEO team with ad-hoc projects & data requests related to search optimization across various markets
• Closely work with internal stakeholders and across the BUs to help drive more organic traffic from search to group website
• Keeps a close eye on the AI trends/ uses cases and news for search to keep SEO team up to date
• Supports creation of trainings/curriculum to help improve SEO knowledge within the company
• Work on various SEO tools such as SEMrush to understand the search patterns and create analysis for the top management

Your qualifications:

• Fluent in English, German skills are a plus
• Excellent excel & powerpoint skills
• First-hand knowledge about/ experience in SEO & SEA – (understands search engine marketing/ performance marketing)
• Worked with various SEO tools & willing to learn in a fast paced environment
• Bachelors (Masters is a plus)
