For the further expansion of the business in China we are looking for you in the Shanghai area as Head (m/f/d) of Sales Interface Technology - China - Tasks: Full responsibility for sales, marketing, and distribution of the Interface business in the China Managing, developing and further expansion of the local team Maintaining and deepening contact with existing customers and acquisition of new customers in markets such as machine building, E-mobility, renewable energies, and railway Strategically developing the business and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and increase market share Preparation of sales planning, budget, and key sales figures Direct reporting to the General Manager China and to the Vice President Sales in the German HQ Requirements: Engineering Degree, preferable in electrical engineering Long term sales experience in automation & control, measurement, and/ or electrical engineering with documented success Good knowledge and existing networks in the mentioned markets Profound Leadership Experience Customer-focused, dynamic character and hands-on-attitude Entrepreneurial, result-driven personality with conceptual and strategic strength Very good skills in Chinese and English Trustful personality living in the Shanghai Area Our client offers an attractive salary for this position.
