We are looking for an Account Director of Demand Services to join our team on a maternity cover basis initially for up to 8 months with the potential for extension. You can work remotely in Germany or from our office in Hamburg Germany or one of our UK offices in London Luton or Bath with flexible working options. Reporting to a VP Client Service and Strategy you will lead the strategy and delivery of our paid media demand offering for some of the worlds most interesting technology brands.
You will have knowledge of integrated marketing approach that supports clients full marketing requirements from insights consultation services community marketing PR data content and creative with specific expertise on how paid media supports and can enhance other activities.
This processdriven role would suit you if you love to approach your work methodically adapt to changes and pivot whilst adhering to deadlines
Help to define the future growth trajectory of this proposition building on what we already have today and supporting the teams learning and adoption of best practice approaches
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with our clients
Provide strategic counsel to clients and our teams
Lead on a variety of briefs/accounts ensuring that clients benefit from your expertise and guidance to build successful marketleading programmes. Brief all stakeholders on insights content data creative and audience requirements
Help build proposals for new business opportunities and work with teams across the agency to develop integrated campaigns
Draw upon deep expertise in building managing and optimising paid media campaigns to support the execution of complex programmes and ensure client objectives are met
Manage and motivate junior team members
Analyse results and data to help optimise activity to ensure all paid activity either maintains or beats industry benchmarks to protect our clients ROI
Forecast clients budgets effectively and update senior management on all changes
Extensive experience in B2B marketing with at least 2 years working in an Agency environment
Indepth knowledge of industrystandard website tracking tools attribution models and analytics platforms applying this understanding to make datadriven decisions
Proficient knowledge of paid media tactics and ability to apply to clients briefs to achieve successful results
Knowledge of the deep tech b2b industry and their audience and the ability to target effectively
Experience using internal finance systems PPC channels ad servers client reporting systems media booking systems
Recent handson experience working in DSPs to run Display Video and Native ads
A detailed knowledge of running B2B campaigns via Paid Social Platforms (Facebook/Instagram Twitter LinkedIn Ads Reddit Quora)
Experience with audience segment usage audience matching and 1st party data onboarding
Strong relationships with adtech providers including DSPs and audience owners
Recent experience with ABM platforms (6Sense Demandbase Terminus)
Experience with ad trafficking and an understanding of tagging and reporting methods including firstparty cookie usage
Awareness of the move towards cookieless identifiers and approaches and solutions to replace them
