Join our Finance > Controlling team immediately in a full-time position (40 hrs/week) as Head of Corporate Controlling (m/f/d) at one of our locations in Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, or remotely.
Lead a dynamic team from the start and manage exciting projects and day-to-day business as Head of Corporate Controlling, reporting directly to the Director of Finance > Controlling.

Your Responsibilities
- Leadership: Provide professional and disciplinary guidance to Financial and/or HR Controlling teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the company-wide planning process, including budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Produce and analyze reports, focusing on interim forecasts, FTEs, vacancies, and budget planning.
- Annual Financial Statements: Collaborate with Accounting in preparing and auditing annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Process Optimization: Develop and refine controlling processes and frameworks, enhancing efficiency through digitalization and automation.
Your Profile
- You are an ambitious individual with a high level of initiative, pronounced business acumen, a growth mindset, and well-developed analytical skills.
- Several years of relevant professional and leadership experience preferred in a fast-paced and international environment (e.g., rapidly growing portfolio companies, management consulting, private equity, investment banking, venture capital, or similar).
- You proactively and pragmatically address challenges and are a team player with an independent and structured way of working.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, as well as ERP systems (especially Workday) and Business Intelligence systems (PowerBI)
- You are fluent in German and English
