Our client is a service provider for payroll processing. Their services help companies to communicate in a secure and legally compliant way with all parties involved: Employees employer and tax accountant.We are looking for talented staff (m/f/d) with a commercial background for the role as a payroll specialist / super user.
Your area of responsibility:
Supporting colleagues in using the payroll program iva telephone or email Understand in depth how the program works and which information needs to be entered in which field Monitoring and maintaining legislative changes Proof read traing material and keep up to date
What you bring:
A profund commercial education or corresponding professional experience Experience in payroll preparatory payroll accounting Advanced PC user knowledge in MS Office Basic knowledge of English with very good German Excellent communication and team skills Structured independent and conscientious way of working Eye for detail
