Dual study program Bachelor of Science in Business Informatics with a focus on Cyber Security (m/f/d)

For your future – this is your training:
- Within 3 years you will qualify for a B. Sc. in business informatics with a focus on cyber security - with theory in the block at the University of Applied Sciences for Economics (FHDW) in Bielefeld and practice at our group-wide IT service provider - BEIT GmbH in Espelkamp.
- We prepare you to become an expert in IT security. You will keep an eye on security-relevant questions about our systems and applications so that they can assert themselves against cyber threats and crime. To do this, you will work with us through various infrastructure and application areas.
- During your training, we will provide you with knowledge about the business relationships and business processes in a modern industrial company - in connection with special security-relevant aspects of the operation of information and communication systems.
- At university you get a sound theoretical basis. You can look forward to subjects such as the basics of business administration and digitalization, internal accounting, IT security and programming.
- You will also be involved in various projects: for example, when introducing new IT security solutions and/or when dealing with technical and business issues.

- University entrance qualification or Abitur
- Interest in the topic of cyber security as well as in analyzing and solving important digitalization tasks
- Enjoy IT - either through your own small projects in your free time, school and extracurricular activities or, ideally, experience through an internship
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Flexibility, helpfulness, reliability and team spirit
