To accelerate our success and growth within the European Market, Edmund Optics GmbH in Mainz is looking for an Order Entry & Customer Service Advisor - German speaking (f/m/d) Essential Functions: Processing standard orders, scheduling agreements and web orders using SAP Provide customer service support via email, telephone and web chat in a timely and professional manner Create customer accounts, and credit check existing and new accounts Provide quotations for standard optics Manage open sales orders and expediting purchase orders Process returns requests through CRM, and returned orders through SAP, and related stock transactions Communicate actively and collaborate with internal departments like Sales, Supply Chain and Finance Follow up customer and internal queries in a timely manner Capturing customer feedback to constantly improve our service Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
