We are a Heidelberg-based AI startup with a steadily growing team, passionate about computer vision. We provide validation and training data to ensure the secure and reliable training of visual AI. Our training data is particularly relevant for the automotive and AR industries.We have a unique recording technology that enriches existing training data with mixed reality, allowing us to obtain the best blend of real and synthetic data for our clients. That’s why we are one rabbit’s jump ahead of our competitors.
Your role
You will be our gateway to potential customers in the tech industry, specifically in the areas of automotive and entertainment. We expect you to build authentic and lasting relationships, sensing the right moment to effectively connect potential customers with our team. In your role, you will be a driving force for our growth, approaching it with humor, empathy, and confidence.
- Identify potential customers and establish an open and honest relationship, understanding their perspectives and needs. Collaboratively determine how our solutions can advance their development and outcomes.
- Work with our marketing team to develop suitable strategies for our target audiences.
- Drive the entire sales cycle, from the initial contact to closing deals.
- Keep an eye on industry trends and transform information into action.
- Be our brand ambassador, representing rabbitAI with integrity, professionalism, and a good dose of charm.

- You are confident and independent, with a positive attitude.
- You enjoy taking on responsibilities, are enthusiastic about strategic work, and embody a hands-on mentality.
- You appreciate the flexibility of hybrid and remote work but also look forward to meeting your team in the office at least twice a week.
Please have the following carrots in your backpack
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. But we also welcome natural talents and career changers with the right ambitions.
- Solid experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Tech/AI industry.
- A proactive mindset, ready to contribute to the dynamic processes of a startup.
- Ability to connect with people and turn conversations into business opportunities, meaning your verbal and written communication skills are simply outstanding.
- Very good proficiency in German and English.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
