• Developing target industry through appropriate industry-specific strategies
• Carrying out market observations and analyses with the aim to developing customer acquisition strategies
• Designing, developing and ensuring the quality of all customer processes and proactively developing solutions in your regions
• Managing your own portfolio of key accounts and being in permanent exchange with our customers and prospective customers
• Working in close cooperation with the worldwide sales teams and specifically supporting our global Key Account Management

• Successfully completed university degree in the field of logistics or comparable commercial vocational training
• 2 – 3 years of professional experience in the logistics field, preferably in the air freight sector
• Knowledge of the semi-conductor as well as the automotive industry (procurement, production and aftermarket logistics) desirable
• Excellent presentation and communications skills
• Passionate customer focused “can-do” attitude
• Excellent negotiation and rapport-building skills
• Motivation, extraversion and confidence
• Fluent in English and Chinese (German desired but not essential)
• Good knowledge of MS-Office
