We are looking today for a Junior Marketing Analyst (f/m/d) to join our growing team in Berlin and contribute to the success of our company. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing our marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities In your day to day work, you will:
- Track performance using key metrics.
- Analyze performance and optimize campaigns.
- Grow channel spend in line with expectations.
- Collaborate with creative and data teams to drive performance.
Experience & professional skills
- You have one to three years of experience in the mobile gaming or e-commerce industries.
- You have a bachelor or masters degree in the fields of Mathematics or Economics.
- You have the experience working in a startup or a small company.
- You previously worked with small teams, and you like joining one.
Personality & soft skills
- You're energetic and hands-on contributor who love to roll up their sleeves, and engage directly in tasks.
- You're data-driven and possess strong analytical skills.
- You're highly motivated to excel in tasks that require continuous engagement.
- You're driven to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- You're a great communicator who'll collaborate effectively with other teams and stakeholders.
- You are fluent in English language.
