Your tasks:
- You support our development and program teams
- You support the teams to deliver high-quality product and software solutions according to the "Build - Measure - Learn" principle and focus on customer value
- As an Agile Coach (m/f/d), you promote an agile mindset, the integration of an agile leadership culture and support organizational development for our international locations in Germany, Canada and India
- Together you will master the scaling of platform development across several teams, including the integration of agile product development with mechatronics, software, electronics and sensor technology
- As a reliable contact person (m/f/d), you create freedom for goal-oriented, self-responsible teams and scope for effective change
Your profile:
- Successfully completed technical studies
- Several years of professional experience as Scrum Master (m/f/d) or Agile Coach (m/f/d)
- Experience in the collaboration and scaling of agile teams
- Excellent skills in agile practices and lean principles (e.g. Kanban)
- Understanding of the challenges of modern system development
- Excellent communication skills, good observation skills and empathy in an interdisciplinary context
- Hands-on mentality and pleasure in continuously shaping our Agile Journey
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
