• Lead a team of software developers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Who are you?

We are looking for a great team leader that has:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development, with a strong understanding of the full development life cycle.
• 1+ year of leadership experience, including conducting appraisal interviews, setting goals, managing the teams budget, handling difficult interpersonal situations, mentoring a team of developers
• Practical knowledge of Agile frameworks (i.e. Scrum/Kanban, scale agile SAFe)
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent English and Polish skills
• Readiness for a hybrid work model – at least once a week in the office in Gdańsk.
