Job description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager on behalf of our esteemed client, a leading global pharmaceutical company . This role involves spearheading a crucial project aimed at implementing detailed plans for the first GMP pilot rollout scheduled for Q4 2024. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating various workstreams, managing dependencies, organizing meetings, and ensuring the project remains on track. Additionally, you will play a key role in reporting progress, managing stakeholder expectations, and contributing to the long-term roadmap for GMP deployments.
Aufgaben:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for the GMP pilot rollout.
- Coordinate core team and workstreams, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Arrange and facilitate necessary meetings, including monthly SteerCo sessions.
- Monitor progress, track actions, and manage dependencies with other projects.
- Report project status to the Operational Committee, escalating issues as needed.
- Manage our client's users and managers' expectations and contribute to the GMP deployment roadmap.
Qualifikationsprofil:
- Proven Project Management experience in pharmaceuticals.
- Familiarity with GXP processes and digital solutions.
- Ability to manage large-scale projects with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and French ; German proficiency beneficial.
- Agile methodology knowledge or Scrum Master certification preferred.
Benefits:
- Salary based on the chemical industry pay scale between 72.000€ p.a. and 90.000€ p.a . (depending on the job-related experience)
- 100% remote work with mandatory travel required to Frankfurt, Waterford, Amsterdam, and Paris
- Time limit for six months from the 1st of april 2024 until th 30th of september 2024 ( Extension possible depending on project phase)
