You process and take over the follow-up of service cases for the Integration product field (2nd level, service management)
In the team you have the task of reproducing customer requests (simulation & use of knowledge database)
Among other things, you will be responsible for the technical maintenance of software-related articles in the knowledge database
You will be involved in development projects in the network and integration product area
You are also the interface between end customers, software integration and sales
You will be involved in the creation, coordination and execution of training courses for dealers and colleagues
Completed vocational training in the network sector, e.g. IT specialist for system integration, medical technician or comparable training or professional experience
Career changers are also welcome
Preferably experience in healthcare IT (DICOM & HL7)
Confident understanding of IT and interest in digital challenges
High degree of customer orientation, teamwork and communication skills as well as a high level of organization
Service-oriented way of working
Professional handling of critical customer enquiries
Interest in working in international teams
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
