For our German team, for an home-office based opportunity, we are currently looking for an: 

Account Manager Electronics & Clean Energy DACH (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

Account Management and Planning

• Accountability for attainment of annual revenue plan for the assigned customer base.
• Develops and maintains relationships at all customer organization levels.
• Provides input to the monthly forecasting process and monitors orderbook attainment for assigned customer portfolio
• Develops and negotiates prices, sales and rebate contracts with key customers to maximize value capture

Pipeline Development & Prospecting

• Hunts for options to grow business at assigned account base
• Oversees and manages the pipeline for his/her accounts
• Orchestrates the use of technical, marketing and other resources to develop proposals that speaks to the customer’s needs, concerns, and objectives

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communications skills in German and English 
• Passion for sales, with first sales experience, no fear to cold-call prospective customers
• Understanding of engineered materials as well as Celanese's portfolio a plus
• Results driven, self-motivated with a growth mindset
• Understanding of project & pipeline management
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
