Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Remote (> 50% remote)

After Sales Expert (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Support the strategic pojects review (SPR) process, facilitating meaningful engagement between departmental leads and regional sales to overcome challenges and track associated tasks

Directly own actions and follow-ups for all after sales related tasks raised in the SPR

Co-lead negotiation of supply and service contracts for SPR projects awarded preferred bidder status, in tandem with regional sales and SPR Director

Bridge to overall ENERCON strategy by minimizing risk, maximizing margins and customer satisfaction

Develop ENERCON`s competitive customer value proposition in tandem with regional after sales colleagues whilst also leading on after sales related topics during contract negotiations

Input to continuous improvement of the SPR process, including implementation of negotiation lessons-learned feedback

Your qualification:

Completed degree in economics, engineering, law or a comparable qualification

Significant wind farm after sales or asset management experience, with an emphasis on service contracts and associated concepts

Strong understanding of the legalities and commercials of wind farm service contracts within the industry is highly desired

Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint required, Power BI is advantageous

Very good spoken and written English, other languages are welcome

Relationship building skills with both internal colleagues and external customers

Independent working style and ability to work in a team with excellent attention to detail

Proactive enabling attitude to get actions completed with internal and external stakeholders

An inquisitive nature to find answers and create solutions when required
