We are on the lookout for a dynamic and seasoned Product/Service Owner to spearhead the development and management of a pivotal development platform within a public administration context. As an integral member of our vibrant IT services team, you will be at the ForeFront of innovation, driving the platform's success and aligning it with the strategic objectives of the public administration. Responsibilities Develop a compelling vision aligned with public administration goals. Execute a strategic roadmap for the platform's evolution. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for continuous improvement. Foster strong relationships with public administration stakeholders. Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle. Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes for maximum impact. Ensure an intuitive and user-friendly experience for developers. Conduct usability testing and refine the platform's interface. Develop and maintain a release schedule for smooth and timely releases. Implement effective communication strategies for users. Establish KPIs and monitor/report on platform performance. Implement optimization strategies for efficiency and scalability. Ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulations. Implement security measures for a secure development environment. Develop comprehensive documentation for developers. Organize and conduct training sessions to empower developers. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field. Proven experience as a Product/Service Owner in a similar context. Strong understanding of software development processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with public administration processes is a plus. Requirements EU work premit. Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in any other European language is a plus. Why join us?
