Our team support our EMEA customers. Your are the dedicated point of contact for our Customers to provide a valued support throught the use of our product. Our customers expect a High Level Service and you will provide this expreience. You can expect a varied job in a diverse team

• Ensure 1st level support for our SME (Small and Medium Enterprise): support incoming calls & emails
• Provide a support in different languages: Italian, English, German, French
• Respect our SLA (Service Level Agreement) and keep the FCR (First Contact Resolution) as highest as possible
• Liaise internally with the different stakeholders to find a resolution
• Respect our internal processes
• Guide our existing customers through the use of the AirPlus Products
• Answering various question about invoices, products, electronic billing data, insurances product, administrative questions…

• Completed commercial training or corresponding studies
• Fluent in German and English and/or French
• Customer satisfaction oriented
