They are seeking a motivated and selfdriven Account Executive to join our dynamic team. As a crucial member of our trading team you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations of our innovative marketplace connecting buyers and suppliers globally.
Tasks
- Facilitate and oversee transactions on the marketplace to ensure seamless trade between buyers and suppliers.
- Collaborate with both buyers and suppliers to address any issues inquiries or challenges that may arise during the trading process.
- Stay informed about market trends product demand and industry dynamics to make informed trading decisions.
- Conduct regular analysis of trade data and provide insights to enhance trading strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both buyers and suppliers to foster longterm partnerships.
- Address any concerns or feedback from clients and work towards effective problem resolution.
- Work closely with the technology team to provide feedback on platform functionality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all trades comply with relevant regulations and internal policies. Stay uptodate with industry regulations and contribute to the development of compliance protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Economics or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
- You have prior experience in Business Development Sales Key Account Management or Account Management
- You possess excellent German language skills and good English language skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
- Basic understanding of national and international trade and supply chain management is a plus.
