Team Lead ERP & PLM Delivery (m/f/d) Digital Development Innsbruck, Austria Professionals , Full-Time 38.5 h , Permanent Apply Now Your Tasks Lead and mentor a team of project managers in analyzing business processes, creating system designs, and leading implementation projects Collaborate closely with the operations team to align on resources and delivery requirements, ensuring the seamless execution of projects Provide strategic input on the business application landscape, working alongside industry experts to influence the future direction of our technologies Manage the budget effectively, ensuring the optimal allocation of resources and engagement with third-party solution providers Foster a culture of interdepartmental collaboration, ensuring the successful delivery of projects that drive business growth and efficiency Your Profile Master's degree (University, FH) or higher degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a closely related field; Advanced certifications in relevant areas are highly appreciated At least 5 years of leadership experience, a strong capability in team enablement, development, and mentorship At least 5 years of hands-on experience in ERP system delivery, with a strong preference for candidates with expertise in the Microsoft Dynamics suite (including successful end-to-end project management, from conceptualization to deployment and optimization) Solid understanding of ERP systems' architecture, functionality, and implementation challenges, with the ability to guide technical discussions and decisions Experience in change management, capability to lead organizations through transformation with minimal disruption and maximum buy-in from stakeholders at all levels Your Benefits Central Location Employee Discounts Flexible Hours International Environment Onboarding Workplace Well-Being Your Benefits Central Location Employee Discounts Flexible Hours International Environment Onboarding Workplace Well-Being Further information Minimum Salary Annual gross salary from EUR 55,670.28, based on professional qualification and experience.
