In this role as Product Owner B2B & Affiliate Partnerships you will have the opportunity to thrive in an environment that blends the agility of a FinTech company with the stability of a market leader. We are looking for you to join our team at smava GmbH to further develop and expand our tools and features for our cooperation partners.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Manage our digital platforms for cooperation partners working closely with an agile interdisciplinary team composed of product managers developers data scientists and testers.
- Be actively involved in the interface between partner management data analytics and the product management team from day one ensuring close collaboration with IT and Executive management.
- Oversee the development and continuous improvement of new selfservice tools and features (frontend and backend) for our partners focusing on userfriendliness automation and functionality.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics liaise with partner management to understand and meet partners needs and identify areas for product feature enhancements and improvements.
- Lead project management within our agile development process from conceptualization to implementation and testing of new features and product improvements ensuring a rapid golive.
- Handle testing of new features to ensure optimal functionality for our partners and analyze key metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
YOUR PROFILE
MustHaves:
- Previous experience in a similar Productoriented role including first experience with UX design and A/B Testing
- Quick comprehension handson mentality and ability to find and implement pragmatic solutions.
- Analytical structured and independent working style focusing on datadriven process improvement and actionable recommendations.
- High IT and internet affinity interest in digital trends and willingness to engage in technical topics for effective communication with IT.
- Strong sense for relevant numbers data and correlations to derive databased recommendations with partner management.
- Passion for learning and continuous selfimprovement.
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit to ensure effective coordination in a dynamic environment and achieve quick measurable results.
- Fluent in English (German desirable).
Nice to have:
- Professional background in the FinTech banking or equally relevant financial sector.
- Experience in agile and lean product management methods.
- Proven experience with web traffic analysis
