About this opportunity
To strengthen our development team in Darmstadt, we are looking for you as a
Test Automation Engineer (m/w/d)
As an automated software test engineer, you will support our existing software test team in the further development of automated tests. Make automated software testing more stable! Matching your interests and experience, we are guaranteed to have exciting challenges for you in our test development team.
The main tasks include
- Implementation of automated test for our products.
- Responsible for one of our products to be daily tested and reported.
- Analyzing and reporting failing test cases.
- Maintaining and improving existing tests.
- Supporting Developer Team, giving fast feedback of their build package.
- Working together in a team of supportive software test engineers
The personal requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, in information technology, mathematics or a related qualified degree with experience in the field of 3D software or gaming.
- Passionate about software development
- Good experience with programming in python
- Basic experience with software development in C# or C++
- High level of diligence and good communication skills
- Know how to use version management tools.
- Familiar with Git, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence.
- Experience with Squish or another automatic test framework is a plus.
- Required language skills. One of them needs to be at level B2+
- English language skill level B1+,
- German language skill level B1+
