Our mission for you
As a Founder's Associate, you will play a key role in our team by supporting the COO/CFO and working on the following topics:
Collaborate closely with the Co-founder and COO/CFO in all aspects.
Manage and lead projects from start to finish.
Wear many hats and be versatile in working on different tasks and projects at the same time. Prioritize accordingly and execute with focus.
Build and implement processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results.
Main areas include: (Energy)-Operations and Finance
Completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
1-2 years of relevant professional experience in a consulting firm or similar role within a high-growth startup or clean tech industry.
Responsabile and structured way of working with an affinity for problem solving.
Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills, coupled with analytical thinking.
Embrace a hands-on approach and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in clean tech industry, energy, B2B and innovative technology business models.
Native German speaker and fluent in English.
