Your key responsibilities:

In this exciting role, you will support the Audi Engineering Department in the allocation, completion, and improvement of existing processes, the creation of documentation, as well as graphical/PowerPoint presentations. You will have the opportunity to gain a helicopter view of how the development process in the automotive industry takes place, specifically in the seating business.

• Collaboration with the development departments to understand daily tasks
• Proposing and optimizing processes
• Creating missing documentation for existing processes or workflows that are not yet officially documented
• Providing suggestions for improvements
• Creating visual representations of processes to simplify communication and understanding for others
• Conducting "interviews" with internal contacts to better understand the current activities within the team

Your qualifications:

• A technical degree is advantageous but not mandatory
• Background in business engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial/product design
• Assertiveness, self initiative, communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Structured and goal-oriented
• Open to learning new topics and interacting with others
• Fluent in English
• German, if possible, but not mandatory
