About ITM ITM is a privately owned biotechnology and radiopharmaceutical group of companies dedicated to the development, production and global supply of targeted diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and radioisotopes for use in cancer treatment. We are developing a proprietary portfolio and growing pipeline of targeted treatments in various stages of clinical development addressing cancers such as neuroendocrine cancers or bone metastases. Our main objectives are to significantly improve treatment outcomes and quality of life for cancer patients through a new generation of Targeted Radionuclide Therapies in Precision Oncology. The headquarters are located in the heart of the research center of the Technical University of Munich (TUM). We would like to fill the following vacancy as soon as possible: Team Lead Procurement (f/m/d) Your zole: Extensive Procurement, sourcing and project management experience, ideally in pharmaceutical, medical technology or biotech environment Lead daily operational buying activities Build and provide ongoing oversight for supplier performance management Lead key procurement projects in dedicated procurement categories Develop and manage KPIs and ensure they support key company goals and values Ensure that procurement strategies and initiatives align with overall company goals and values Expert level knowledge of procurement principles and process Market knowledge and market research capabilities Drive change management What we are looking for: Procurement certification required (CPSM, CIPS, etc.) Bachelor degree is required, MBA preferred Ideally five years of relevant experience in Global Procurement in pharmaceutical or biotech industry Expert-level knowledge of procurement principles and processes Significant experience with e-procurement and e-sourcing tools and ERP processes Skills in SAP S/4HANA necessary High-level negotiation skills Strong business partnering capabilities and mind set Project management and change management proficiency Collaboration with cross-functional teams Ability to inspire, motivate and influence towards a common goal Fluent German and English skills necessary What we offer: A modern workplace and exciting opportunities in an evolving and fast growing company Challenging and varied projects in interdisciplinary, multicultural and highly professional teams A collegial corporate culture and short communication channels Flexible working hours with an attractive salary package and diverse corporate benefits At ITM, we work together towards one common goal – the benefit of our patients.
