As of now we are looking in full-time for our office in Ettlingen for a Sales Manager (m/w/d) DACH
Responsibilities
- You lead and manage the sales and customer service team for optical spectroscopy in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).
- You analyze, develop, and control the short- and long-term corporate and team-specific goals, while defining tailor-made strategies for achieving them.
- You are responsible for the implementation of operational planning and control systems, ensuring the adherence to operational and performance goals, considering the business indicators.
- You monitor the sales, operational, and financial results and ensure their achievement based on the established performance goals.
- You act as a point of contact for key customers, business partners, and professional associations for the entire Bruker Optics portfolio.
Qualifications
- High level technical expertise, as well as several years of experience in sales and/ or management in optical spectroscopy (FT-IR, Raman and/or NIR) or closely related markets.
- Excellent leadership skills, management experience and the ability to enable sales staff to excellent performance
- Solid knowledge in business economics and operations.
- Result-oriented and creative in addition to having strong business-development skills.
- Your exceptional communication skills, to interact with clients, staff and senior management
- Languages: native-level German proficiency, and fluent English
- Desireable: .Experience in handling Salesforce (SFDC).
