Your tasks include

• Your everyday operational life is the operation of IT security tools such as Microsoft Sentinel, Windows Defender, etc. and ensuring their optimal configuration and updating
• Threat hunting by evaluating threat intelligence and identifying anomalies and indicators of compromise
• You create cybersecurity concepts for various environments, both in the cloud and in the physical infrastructure
• You audit internal and external systems and infrastructure to determine the level of protection
• IT market observation with regard to future-proof attack techniques, risks, vulnerabilities and research activities

What you bring with you

• Studies with a focus on computer science, business informatics, mathematics or engineering or vocational training with relevant professional experience
• Several years of professional experience in the field of cyber security
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Security (e.g.: Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender)
• Knowledge of firewalling (e.g. network segmentation) is desirable.
• You enjoy thinking through attacks and deriving the resulting measures
