Job Description
- You are a full member of our global team within automotive purchasing and gain insights into diverse activities of internal competence management within an agile framework. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the future of automotive purchasing employees alongside experienced and supportive team members.
- You familiarize yourself with the agile methodology and the role of an internal consultant by collecting experience in various topics. Agile principles, methods and mindset are lived across projects and tasks.
- Furthermore, you develop our competence management strategy and internal information platform to ensure the continuous development of employees through different learning activities.
- You conduct gap analysis by identifying existing competencies, defining competencies needed for the future and introducing a systematic and sustainable process to achieve them.
- Last but not least, you get the chance to put your moderation skills to the test with moderation of internal workshops and sessions with management attendance.
- You will be part of hybrid work conditions i.e. a blend of in-office work in an international environment and remote work.
Qualifications
- Education: studies in the field ofeconomics, business administration, industrial engineering, cultural studies (e.g. media science, communication studies, sociology etc.) or comparable study programs and practical experience
- Experience and Knowledge: experience in project management is an asset
- Personality and Working Practice: creative team player with strong communication and analytical skills who works diligently, organized and structured
- Languages: fluent in German and English
Additional Information
Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months
