Job description
As Director Performance Controlling, you will be leading the group-wide (cash) performance measurement with focus on providing full transparency and steering in the areas cash management, capital efficiency and functional performance. Your expertise will contribute to the optimization of capital employed and cash flows, making you an integrated part of the Corporate Finance & Performance Measurement department at Fresenius Kabi.
Your assignments
- Lead and further develop the performance measurement across the Kabi Group via globally harmonized KPIs, with a strategic focus on optimizing cash flows
- Continuously oversee Net Working Capital, conducting analysis on trends, budget / forecast deviations as well as proactively identifying and implementing optimization measures
- Contribute in the Kabi Group budget and forecast process, leveraging your financial expertise to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational goals
- Translate complex financial data into compelling reports and management presentations, providing key insights on the performance as well as executing external benchmarking
- Provide clear financial evaluations in the decision making process and tracking to maximize return on invested capital
- Participate in various (strategic) projects to further enhance the KPI based steering
- Further develop and execute the dashboard roadmap in the area of performance controlling
Your profile
- Successfully completed degree in business administration or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in FP&A/Controlling within an internationally operating company
- Ideally, experience in the medical technology and healthcare industry
- Structured work approach and strong analytical skills
- High level of pro-activity
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Problem-solving orientation
- Resilience to high-pressure situations
- Ability to convey complex information in a structured and understandable manner
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Strong proficiency in SAP modules SEM-BCS, CO, and BW
- Excellent written and spoken English
