Role Description

As a Key Account Manager DACH, you will be responsible for managing and growing our existing accounts in the German-speaking regions of Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Your day-to-day tasks will include building and maintaining relationships with key customers, collaborating with internal teams to develop new business opportunities, preparing sales reports, and managing contracts and pricing negotiations. This is a full-time remote role that requires strong communication and organizational skills, along with a proven track record of successful sales and account management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a (Key-) Account Manager in the automotive or industrial sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
• Experience with CRM software and MS Office Suite, with the ability to prepare and present sales reports and forecasts
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering value and exceeding expectations
• Willingness to travel to customer locations and attend trade shows and conferences as needed
